Working maple sugar farm. The Bennett family found their bliss by starting a maple sugar/syrup farm in the Middletown area. We will be treated to the Maple Sugarhouse tour, sample some of their “sweets” and visit the shop that sells their products and a few related items from local businesses.

Kykuit is the home of the John D. Rockerfeller Estate and a 40-room historic mansion/ museum located in Sleepy Hollow, NY, a few miles from the Mario Cuomo Bridge. Visit the home of Annette and Tim Haar and learn the “ins and outs” of starting a hydroponic farm in your own backyard. Tour will highlight the engineering and chemistry involved in making the best head of lettuce on earth!
